-HOHM, utilizing our builder network, can build the HOHM One. Pod directly in your backyard for you, in 7-10 days, in the following California areas: Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Diego County, San Francisco/Bay Area, for an additional fee of $2500.
For other locations in the US?
As of Q4 of 2024, we now have the ability to flat pack our HOHM One. Pods into a build kit, & ship to any state in the US for an easy on-site build!
HOHM will provide detailed build instructions with your kit, and every material, for your local tradesperson/handyman team to be able to assemble on-site.
Using our HOHM Panel System, your local tradesperson, will be able to set up your pod's framing in under an hour, and complete the total pod within 3-5 days time.
We recommend having 3-4 people present to unload our build kit upon arrival, and 2-4 people present to build the unit upon arrival.
Remember, you'll need to assemble/sit your HOHM One. Pod on a flat, solid surfance, such as: a concrete slab, gravel base, or wooden/concrete blocks.

108 sq. ft. Full dimensions available upon request. This size is perfect for a backyard office, extra bedroom, fitness space, etc. More sizes to come in the future.
Most solid surfaces will work, including a concrete slab, foundation blocks or crushed gravel. Placing directly on grass
or dirt is less recommended.
Being that the HOHM One. Outdoor Pod is under 120 sq. ft., and a temporary structure, you can generally bypass most permitting needed. You should still check with your local city rules however to confirm. We can help you with this. Ultimately permitting decisions are up and handled by the client.
Currently the lead time is 8-10 weeks, excluding holidays, from the time your order is placed. Lead time may vary depending on current order cue/demand.
We can ship our HOHM One. build kits to anywhere within the US.
