LIV is our standardized outdoor living pod — designed for personal use and launched city by city to ensure permitting, placement, and execution are handled carefully from the start.
A Founding Reservation:
• Locks in your pricing
• Secures priority production sequencing
• Begins site review and permitting guidance
• Is applied toward your final purchase price
- Is refundable only if the install cannot proceed due to permitting, zoning, or HOA constraints
This reservation simply holds your place while your site readiness and approvals move forward — it is not yet a construction commitment.
Once you are ready to go with your LIV pod, the remainder must be paid to begin.

HOHM Inc. does not take care of permits/permitting, this work is to be done by the client, however HOHM will assist by providing necessary architectural drawings, etc.
HOHM LIV units will be usable/bookable via the HOHM network (coming 2027).
