HOHM Golf. Build Kit- How is it Assembled?
Our HOHM Golf Pods come flat packed, in panels, aka a build kit, & ship to any state in the US for an easy on-site build!
HOHM will provide detailed build instructions with your build kit, and every piece needed, for your local tradesperson/handyman team to be able to assemble on-site.
-HOHM, utilizing our Builder Network, can pair you with one of our authorized buikders (in California), and/or help you locate a builder in your area if outside California. Build costs for this pod will range between $6k-$12k, depending on builder/location, due to our snap together frame, which cuts down assembly time significantly.
HOHM will communicate all build instruction to your select builder, and will be available for any questions needed.
Using our HOHM Panel System, your local tradesperson, will be able to set up your pod's frame in multilple hours, and complete the total pod within 4-7 days time.
We recommend having 3-4 people present to unload our pod kit upon arrival, and 2-4 people present to build the unit upon arrival.
Remember, you'll need to assemble/sit your HOHM Golf. Pod on a flat, solid surfance, such as: a concrete slab, gravel base, or wooden/concrete blocks, which should be done before your pod arrives.

We have two sizes, the Standard (192 sq. ft), and the XL (270 sq. ft.).
Most solid surfaces will work, including a concrete slab, foundation blocks or crushed gravel. Placing directly on grass
or dirt is less recommended.
Permit requirements vary by city and county. In many areas, structures under 200 sq. ft. may not require a building permit, while larger installations—such as the HOHM Golf. Pod XL (270 sq. ft.)—typically do. Zoning rules, electrical permits, and local setback requirements may also apply. We recommend checking with your local building department, and our team is happy to help guide you through the process. Ultimately permitting is up to and handled by the client.
Currently the lead time is 9-12 weeks, excluding holidays, from the time your order is placed. Lead time may vary depending on current order cue/demand.
